OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
