Rent A Swimming Pool

Earn Money Renting Out Your Swimming Pool
If you have a swimming pool and don’t mind sharing it, you can rent it out and make some extra cash. Here’s how:
Rent Your Swimming Pool with Swimply
Swimply connects pool owners with people who are willing to pay to swim in your backyard. The idea originated when Swimply’s founder, who grew up in New Jersey, asked his neighbor if he and his friends could pay to use her pool. Today, Swimply facilitates pool rentals across the U.S., with rates ranging from $35 to $200 per hour.
As a pool owner, you set your rates, availability, and terms—such as how many people can use the pool at once and whether renters can use other amenities like bathrooms or barbecues. You also have the option to accept or reject specific requests.
Swimply takes a 15% commission on each booking. In addition to pools, the site also allows you to rent out your yard for other activities.
